Sir Keir will host President Zelensky alongside the so-called "alliance of supportive nations", comprising over twenty of supporting nations who have committed to grant the Ukrainian government protection commitments once a ceasefire is brokered.

Ukraine's president has been pleading for an extended period for additional advanced missile technology from the West, an action that Moscow has stated would escalate the hostilities.

President Zelensky is coming from Brussels, where he met European Union officials on the previous day seeking funding aid.
