Tehran is prepared to reinitiate nuclear discussions with Washington provided that it is treated with "dignity" and "honor", Tehran's top diplomat has declared.

The Iranian diplomat said solely negotiations produced results, and revealed new appeals had been made by mediators to restart discussions with the Trump administration. He said Iran had zero secret atomic facilities, and Tehran could not yet authorize the global atomic watchdog to visit attacked atomic facilities for safety concerns.

Navigating a Complex Route

Araghchi is navigating a difficult course since Iran aims to avoid be perceived to be acting from a position of vulnerability, and he emphatically stated that Iran had emerged more resilient militarily and emotionally from the coordinated strike on its enrichment centers in June.

Afterward, EU nations exercised their authority to restore global restrictions, but Iran maintains they have not had a substantial consequence.

Perfect Agreement Suggested

Tehran representatives stated they felt they had reached a "ideal resolution" to the uranium processing matter in previous talks, when it was agreed an domestic cooperative with Washington's engagement could process nuclear material. The two nations would have been able to declare success since home-based processing would have persisted and the US could be certain that Iran's nuclear programme was entirely non-military.

It had not been settled in the talks that American atomic experts could work within Iranian territory, but that was a logical implication of the consortium proposal. The citizens of Tehran have become stronger, more cohesive, and more endorsing of the government and the nation in the face of this invasion."
